Job Description
- Develop and lead the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
- Create diverse internal communications materials, including announcements, email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations,...
- Manage the company's internal communications channels
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.
- Work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that all internal communication is aligned with business objectives and supports the company's culture and values.
- Effectively communicate organizational initiatives and projects to employees, stakeholders, and the public.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure effective communication and resolution of concerns.
- Collaborate with Management to address issues and implement solutions that contribute to a motivated and engaged workforce
- Driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and employee communications and leading various activities to support organizational goals, including Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company and work culture
- Establishing a culture of empowerment and collaboration
- Creating frameworks for proper controlling of the involvement, evaluating employee experience, and maximizing diversified communication channels for effective information spreading.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
- Organize and manage internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications management.
- Experience in developing and implementing company activities.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft various types of communications and adapt to different styles in both English and Vietnamese
- A creative and passionate approach to people's engagement - Outstanding communication abilities
- Possess the ability to build trust among workers.
- Excellent analytical skills to accurately determine the needs of employees, analyze feedback, and convert it into recommendations that can be put into practice to enhance the working environment of a company.
- Organizational abilities for a range of administrative responsibilities, including managing benefits administration and keeping up with personnel files.
- Proven ability to influence and facilitate decision-making.
