What we expect you to perform

Talent Acquisition: Employer Branding
Supporting welcome onboarding, learning, diversity, performance review as well as policy review
Employee Experience & Culture Building: Digitalize employee experience and Culture building
Ability to and a deep commitment to creating environments people can thrive in
Develop & Deliver strategic communications campaigns and materials, including news stories, leadership messages, website content, newsletters and speaking/interview/training notes across communication channels
Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts with vendors
Event planning, design and production while managing all event's details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc within time limits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and other departments, to ensure alignment of internal communication efforts with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
Learning and Talent Development
Coordinating internal training programs: planning, facilitating and handling all the issues arisen; support trainers and trainees to ensure the success of the programs
Using and continually develop leadership and management skills
Having an infectious can-do attitude that inspires others and potentially hold FIRE values
