Mô tả công việc

Key duty and responsibility: Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Execution Excellence
Coordinate sales team by managing production schedules, filing OPN on system and communicating relevant information among departments.
Manage delivery schedules strictly, including sending daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes.
Ensuring all production inquires are correct, request shipping approval strictly & timely under customer's delivery deadlines.
Daily, weekly, monthly report, catch up delivery and production schedule for the whole IB markets.
Working conditions:
Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
Working hour: [protected info] (Monday - Friday).

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in accounting/economics.
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
Proficiency in English
Good computer skills (MS Office).
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Experience with administrative tasks
Ability to multitask.
