1. International
Business Development• Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve export revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, distributors, importers, and strategic partners in overseas markets.
• Expand market presence across Asia, Middle East, Europe, America, and other target regions.
• Promote product categories include:
o Fruit puree
o Fruit juice concentrate
o Frozen fruits & vegetables
o Ready-to-drink juice blends
o Processed agricultural ingredients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
2. Sales & Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and after-sales support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and market expansion objectives.
• Develop long-term partnerships with global customers and distributors.
3. Export & Commercial Operations
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle export documentation, pricing structures, contracts, and international trade terms.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
4. Market Intelligence & Branding
• Monitor market trends, customer demands, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations for product positioning and international expansion.
• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and overseas business trips to promote
Vietnamese processed agricultural products globally.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction and operational
efficiency.
• Support management in annual sales planning and international business strategy development.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / B2B Sales.
- Strong experience in food ingredients, beverage ingredients, processed agricultural products,
FMCG, or food manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in export market development and overseas distributor management.
- Experience working with international customers across multiple regions.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of international trade, export procedures, and Incoterms.
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
- Ability to independently manage international sales activities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory. Additional languages are an advantage
