1. Shipment & Documentation Coordinator
Receive and validate PO from international customers and sales team, coordinate processing with relevant departments.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and
Purchasing to follow up on production timelines and inventory readiness.
Monitor end-to-end shipment processes from PO confirmation to final delivery at destination.
Facilitate customers and Admin team to ensure all shipping documents are accurate, timely, and compliant with customer requirements.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounting regarding credit notes, agreements, outstanding payments.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager in alignment with business needs.
2. Customer & Sales Support
Receive customer inquiries/ feedback related to products, logistics, documentation, etc and work with internal departments.
Update customer data, product codes, SKUs, and shipment data accurately on the company's system.
Provide timely shipment updates, proactively identify potential issues, and propose solutions to minimize risk.
Support the Sales team in preparing reports, forecasts, and operational insights when required.

1. Education
Bachelor's or College degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Business English, Economics, or Logistics.
2. Experience
1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Admin, Import-Export, or Logistics roles within an international working environment.
Experienced handling high-volume FCL shipments is preferred.
Solid understanding of Incoterms, international documentation, and payment methods.
3. Skills
Proficient English communication
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Fast learner with a continuous improvement mindset.
