This is a full-time, on-site role for an International
Sales Executive, who focuses on targeting international clients, researching and identifying products that address specific customer issues or needs, and meeting the company's criteria. The individual will be responsible for implementing these ideas and developing the business based on these solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Search for product ideas around the challenges and customer needs in the field of aquaculture (or others), meeting the company's criteria.
• Analyze data to identify underserved markets and target customer segments.
• Go directly to the international market to meet potential customers, and participate in trade shows and exchanges with potential customers.
• Work with suppliers to build products and accompanying solutions that can meet the needs of the targeted customer segments.
• Search for and build relationships with new suppliers to develop together.
• Implement ideas and develop business: Build and expand the customer base, focusing on maintaining and developing customer relationships.
• Capability Enhancement: Identifying and developing new capabilities to ensure the company's competitive edge and growth in key sectors such as food, seafood, and trade.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Have 3 - 5 years of experience in Global Sales or Global Marketing.
• Have to have a lot of passion for what you're doing.
