How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
As a Sales Admin Intern at Air Liquide Vietnam, you will support the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, and customer inquiries. This internship offers valuable exposure to sales operations.
- Receive, file, archive and manage purchase order, contracts, correspondences from Sales Reps and Business Developer.
- Support other Sales team members in the sales department when they are not present at the office in listening and answering phone calls from customers, making quotations, preparing contracts, checking and providing information to existing customers.
- Support to work on Customer portals for related information such as price bidding, PO confirmation.
- Support Team Lead for ad hoc projects including providing filed documents, reports, and information from the system as requested.
