About The Team
You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities And Objectives
Daily Operations Management: Supervise and participate in receiving, picking, and shipping operations, ensuring processes meet standards; assign work tasks to team members (such as sorting, inventory, packaging, etc.), and follow up on completion progress.
On-site Coordination and Problem Handling: Handle unexpected issues in the warehouse (such as order anomalies, incorrect shipments, system data discrepancies, etc.); coordinate with other shifts or departments (such as transportation, quality inspection) to ensure operational continuity.
Data and Document Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of inbound and outbound documents, system entries; assist the warehouse supervisor in completing inventory checks and account reconciliations.
Safety and 5S Management: Supervise team members to comply with safety operation regulations (such as forklift use, stacking height of goods); maintain warehouse cleanliness, clear signage, and implement 5S management requirements.
Team Assistance: Assist the supervisor in training new employees, guiding team members' operational skills; provide feedback on team members' performance and suggest improvements.
Job Requirements
Have more than one year of experience in warehousing and logistics;
Proficient in two languages (Chinese);
Possess good communication skills;
Be proficient in using office software
