JOB BRIEF:

The Savills Investment team is looking for an ambitious and financially literate graduate or young professional to provide property investment brokerage services to property developers, international investors, and large domestic property investors.

In this role, you will actively seek out, analyse, and progress investment opportunities which are typically development land sites, completed or under-construction office buildings, mixed-use developments, resorts and hotels, serviced apartment buildings and retail developments. A typical deal is between US$50 - 100 million.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research and understand Viet Nam's commercial, residential, and industrial property markets.
Identify property divestment opportunities from development sites or operating commercial assets.
Conduct initial investment, legal and due diligence analysis.
Maintain excellent databases and records of all potential investment and development opportunities.
Prepare detailed financial models to determine potential investment returns.
Prepare fee agreements and sales collateral to secure instructions from vendors.
Develop high-quality investment teasers and memorandums.
Maintain and develop databases of potential buyers.
Assist in the marketing and sales process.
Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
Close deals by matching buyer and seller requirements and develop and negotiate contracts.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Technical Requirements

Postgraduate degree in a strong financial course is preferred; undergraduate degrees will be considered.
MRICS/CFA/ACCA qualifications are preferred
International education or professional experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A, or consultancy is preferred.
Excellent financial modelling and investment analysis skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills (verbal and written).
