Investment Manager (Pharmaceutical)

1. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential M&A and joint venture opportunities for Aikya Pharma within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential targets to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential investment opportunities.
2. Due Diligence and Evaluation:
• Perform detailed financial and operational analysis of potential acquisition and joint venture targets.
• Evaluate the strategic fit of potential partners, including financial performance, market position, and operational capabilities.
• Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes in collaboration with consulting agencies and internal teams.
3. Deal Structuring and Negotiation:
• Develop financial models and valuations to build investment proposals for BOD to review and approve.
• Assist BOD in structuring and negotiating deal terms in alignment with Aikya Pharma's strategic objectives.
4. Investor Relations:
• Identify and engage with potential investors interested in investing in Aikya Pharma.
• Manage relationships with existing and potential investors, providing regular updates on the company's performance and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare investor presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
5. Project Management:
• Coordinate and manage the execution of M&A and joint venture projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with internal departments and external advisors to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities.
• Monitor and report on the progress and performance of investment projects.
