Mô tả công việc

Investment Analysis and Evaluation
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of industrial real estate assets.
• Develop investment models and perform sensitivity analysis to assess investment returns.
• Prepare investment committee memorandums and presentations.
• Participate in due diligence processes, including financial modeling, market research, and legal document review.
Portfolio Management
• Oversee the performance of the existing industrial real estate portfolio.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities. Implement strategies to optimize asset performance and maximize returns.
• Prepare comprehensive portfolio reports.
Market Research
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities within the industrial real estate sector.
• Analyze supply and demand dynamics to assess market conditions and pricing.
• Develop market reports and presentations.
Deal Execution
• Support deal execution processes, including deal structuring, legal document review, and coordination with external advisors.

Yêu cầu

• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in investment in real estate or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field.
• Certificate of CFA is an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• High level written and spoken English.
• Excellent understanding of real estate valuation and investment metrics.
• Proven ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experiences in effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to self-start, multi-task and accurately complete projects on time and independently.
• Able to cope in a fast paced and high-pressured environment and demonstrate good working attitude.
• Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively.
• Excellent stake holder's relationship management skills
• Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to stakeholders.
