Role Description:
Digiworld is looking for an Investment Operating Partner (IOP) to join our Investment team.
As an IOP, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team of an Investee company, representing the Investment / Steering Committee to monitor strategic execution, identify key risks, connect Group resources, and support the company in creating sustainable value after investment.
This is a strategic partnering role that sits at the intersection of Investment, Business Operations, Strategy and Governance.
1. Partner with the Investee's leadership team
Monitor the execution of business strategies and plans agreed with the Board / Steering Committee.
Identify and escalate key deviations, risks and issues that may impact the investment.
Work closely with the CEO and Heads of Function on critical business and governance matters.
Support the CEO in strengthening key processes across Finance, Operations, Risk Management and Approval/Control.
2. Represent the Investment / Steering Committee
Act as the key interface between the Investee and Digiworld Group.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly updates to the Steering Committee on business performance, strategic execution and key issues requiring decisions.
Provide recommendations and advisory input on critical decisions when requested.
Monitor key risks, including key-man, operational and financial risks.
3. Connect Group resources to the Investee
Coordinate with Group functions including Finance, HR, Legal, Technology and other relevant functions.
Leverage Group resources, capabilities and partnerships to support the Investee's developmen

Analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
Participate in Due Diligence and Deal Execution for new investment transactions.
Support other Investment-related projects as assigned by the Head of Investment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
3+ years of relevant experience in Investment, Corporate Finance, Strategy, M&A, Consulting or Business Operations.
Strong skills in financial analysis, business strategy and risk assessment.
Experience in Due Diligence / Deal Execution is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working with senior management / C-level stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
Good English communication and presentation skills.
