The Job

Powered by DatVietVAC Group Holdings, VieON offers subscribers a wide selection of TV series, movies, documentaries, live sports events, cartoons, game shows, and nearly 200 domestic and foreign TV channels. VieON currently owns a lot of premium and copyrighted content in Vietnam with more than 30 million subscribers.
- Participate in developing the Apple TV (tvOS) application and related features within the Apple ecosystem.
- Build, optimize, and maintain UI/UX modules on tvOS.
- Design and implement playback logic, video player components (AVPlayer), remote navigation (Siri Remote), and other tvOS-specific interactions.
- Optimize performance to ensure a smooth and high-quality Big Screen Experience.
- Integrate APIs, analytics, advertising platforms, and other required SDKs.
- Participate in code reviews, propose technical improvements, and support debugging and CI/CD optimization when needed.
- Collaborate closely with design, backend, and QA teams to ensure feature quality and on-time releases.
Your Skills and Experience
Must-have Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in iOS or tvOS application development.
- Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, or UIKit.
- Experience with AVPlayer and background playback is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UIKit/TVUIKit, Focus Engine, and remote-based navigation handling.
- Solid knowledge of tvOS app lifecycle and architectures such as MVC/MVVM/VIPER or Clean Architecture.
- Proficient with Xcode, SPM, and debugging tools (Instruments).
Nice to Have
- Experience with video streaming technologies (HLS, DRM) is a strong advantage.
- Experience with In-App Purchase or OTT applications.
