Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner during Room Service deliveries.
Deliver Room Service orders accurately, promptly, and efficiently.
Be familiar with the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
Check orders for accuracy and completeness before delivery.
Ensure food and service items are presented in a clean, hygienic, and appealing manner.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and relevant departments to fulfill guest requests.
Handle guest feedback and special requests professionally.
Follow hotel standards, policies, and health & safety regulations.

Able to read, write, and perform basic calculations.
Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Compliant - meets local regulations and minimum age requirements, with the ability to communicate fluently in the local language.
Articulate - a warm, welcoming, and approachable communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Good English communication skills.
Passionate about delivering True Hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Comply with food handling and local legal requirements.
Able to read, write, and perform basic calculations.
Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
