Mô tả công việc
- Service Request Fulfillment: 1st layer support for ISP Authorization service request Fulfillment (SAP and/ or non-SAP)
Validate authorization request from user & request on behalf of user department. Ensure service request completed from end-to-end, inc. UD documentation update.
IT requests on IT Service Portal (Password reset, Security Group update, folder permission management, etc.)
- Support Documentation
Create & improve ISP user guides, WIs, manuals, training document
Prepare raw data & data presentation for ISP & AIM operational reports.
- Support Incident & Problem Management: Record I/P and follow up PICs until I/P closing, provide I/P operational reports, define authorization tracking report.
- Support ISP & AIM Control: o Following ISP project tasks.
Support User Department on monitoring regular ISP tasks.
Provide status report to facilitate HcP ISP & AIM control.
- Other task assignment from supervisor.
Yêu cầu
3rd or 4th year students major in English, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Business Information System or relevant can commit to a full-time 6-month internship.
Good English communication & writing skill
Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,...)
Well-organizing, Integrity, Responsibility, Discipline
No technical skills required. Training is provided for all assigned tasks.
