IT and Platform Administrator

IT Infrastructure:
• Oversee and manage the overall IT infrastructure, including websites, email systems, and network components.
• Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of Vio Travel's websites, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements.
• Manage and maintain the setup and performance of email systems, addressing email-related queries and issues promptly.
Zoho Platform Management:
• Set up, configure, and optimize the Zoho platform to meet the specific needs of Vio Travel.
• Oversee the main Zoho apps relevant to Vio Travel, including but not limited to Zoho CRM, People, Project, Desk, and Zoho Analytics.
• Customize and enhance Zoho applications to improve business processes and efficiency.
Platform Integration:
• Ensure proper integration between existing platforms, promoting data consistency and collaboration across departments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand platform requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Evaluate and integrate new platforms that align with Vio Travel's objectives.
Travel Compositor Management (internal booking platform):
• Manage the Travel Compositor platform, overseeing its setup, configuration, and integration with other systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize the utilization of Travel Compositor for improved business operations.
New Platform Integration:
• Assess and implement new platforms to enhance Vio Travel's capabilities, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate a seamless transition to new platforms.
Data Collection and Management:
• Utilize Zoho platform for efficient data collection and management.
• Implement strategies to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and analysis.
