About the Role
- BiPlus is looking for an IT Communicator - Indonesian to join our eCommerce Operations Centre of Excellence (CoE), supporting a large-scale, multi-country eCommerce platform for a global enterprise client.
- This position combines Indonesian-language business communication with hands-on eCommerce platform operations. You will work closely with Indonesian-speaking business users to understand their operational needs, manage service requests, coordinate with internal technical teams, and directly perform system configurations for online store operations.
- You will work with enterprise platforms including SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Training will be provided, so prior experience with these platforms is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Communicate directly with Indonesian-speaking business users to gather requirements, clarify requests, provide updates, and support daily platform operations.
- Ticket Management: Receive, analyze, process, and monitor operational tickets and incidents through Jira, ensuring compliance with response and resolution SLAs.
- eCommerce Operations: Configure and maintain products, prices, inventory, promotions, vouchers, and online store content according to business requirements.
- Requirement Coordination: Translate and communicate business requirements between Indonesian-speaking users and internal technical and operations teams.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate platform usage and configuration issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and follow up until resolution.
- Quality & Launch Support: Perform configuration checks, support business validation testing (BVT), and assist with major product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain operational documents, meeting notes, progress reports, and user instructions in Indonesian and English as required.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with native or near-native communication proficiency.
- Candidate Background: Open to Vietnamese candidates proficient in Indonesian and native Indonesian speakers willing and eligible to work in Vietnam. Native Indonesian candidates must have strong English communication skills.
- Experience: 6 months to 4 years of experience in IT communication, translation/interpretation, eCommerce operations, application support, or related roles.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of eCommerce operations, including product management, pricing, promotions, inventory, and order processing, or willingness to learn.
- Technical Skills: Good Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Jira, Confluence, or eCommerce platforms is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international clients and technical teams.
- Working Style: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple operational requests under SLA-driven deadlines.
- Flexibility: Willingness to support occasional weekend or after-hours activities during major product launches and campaigns.

- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or other eCommerce platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to VND 30,000,000/month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Working Location
BiPlus Hanoi Office - Floors 3-6, 85 Tran Thai Tong Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: [protected info] and 13:30-17:30.
- Work two Saturdays per month, according to the company's work schedule.
