CHỨC NĂNG & NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/DUTIES AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the organizer, manager, and coordinator of IT system activities across headquarters, branches, and agencies. Make release decisions to resolve issues related to the coordination and operation of information technology systems.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve arising problems. Provide technical support to all departments, troubleshoot errors, and ensure smooth IT system operation in accordance with established standards and competencies.
• Coordinate with professional and management teams to deliver quality IT services to the company's clients.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to implement relevant IT regulations and policies.
• Develop and formulate long-term and annual IT strategies and plans. Offer consultation, propose solutions, and recommend improvements for IT issues to support management and business objectives.
• Oversee daily IT system operations to ensure efficient business continuity. Manage hardware and software assets, supporting their deployment, maintenance, and upgrade.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director or authorized personnel.
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
• Chuyên ngành / Major: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field
• Ngoại ngữ / Foreign Languages: Fluent English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year in management role of overseeing IT operations.
• Experience in IT operations within the securities, insurance, finance, or banking industry is a significant advantage.
• Experience in coordinating major IT service providers and implementing infrastructure modernization projects.
• In-depth understanding of Enterprise IT Operations within large organizational environments.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure: Data Centers, Cloud, networking, security, virtual systems.
• Familiarity with securities related regulations and policies.
• Skills in IT vendor and service contract management.
• Linux, databases and network configurations.
