This full-time on-site role, based in Hanoi. The Deputy Manager of Banquet Sales will be responsible for planning and executing banquet events, devising strategies to increase sales, building relationships with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. The role also entails supervising the banquet sales team and contributing to strategic decision-making to enhance the brand and customer experience.
• Proactively promote and sell banquet and event services to prospective clients;
• Develop and manage a growing customer database;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients;
• Conduct client meetings, venue tours, and prepare tailored sales proposals and contracts;
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in accordance with company policies and client expectations;
• Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless coordination and execution of each event;
• Follow up on post-event feedback to ensure client satisfaction and identify improvement areas;
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate client records and event documentation;
• Assist in developing and executing promotional strategies to drive banquet business.
Yêu cầu
Strong sales,
business development, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and client relationship management abilities
Proficiency in event planning, organization, and managing schedules
Experience in team leadership, training, and motivation
Knowledge of the food and beverage industry and hospitality practices
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Fluency in English (required verbal and written communication), Vietnamese proficiency is a plus
Previous experience in hospitality, banquet sales, event planning, or hotel sales is a strong plus;
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related fields.
