IT & ERP Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Nefab is in the beginning of a large transformation project with the change of ERP-platform to Infor Cloudsuite and the ERP-system named Infor M3. To efficiently implement this new platform on all Nefab companies globally we are looking for ERP implementation specialists within the area of operation (manufacturing, logistics, sourcing), sales and finance.
Nefab intends to invest in several implementation teams across three regions (Europe, Americas, and Asia) to bridge the relationship between the central ERP-team and the local companies. You will introduce the new platform to the companies and then be part of the implementation. You also will be responsible for IT infrastructure and IT control for Vietnam. This position will report to Finance and Control Director and dot-line report to ERP APAC Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. IT Infrastructure for Nefab Vietnam
- Provide IT support to end users at local site (like install computer, Troubleshoot application/hardware/software/network issues).
- Responsible for the procurement and management of IT equipment.
- Provide IT training for new employees, and responsible for communicating IT notices from Group IT to local users.
- Responsible for implementing and following company IT policies and procedures.
2. ERP Implementation
- Presenting/demonstrating the platform and its solutions
- Lead and facilitate workshops and trainings
- Secure accurate data transfer from legacy system to the new ERP Platform
- Document deviations/gaps and present to the central ERP team
- Execute testing to secure local needs are met with central solution
- Be the group representative on site
- Be part of the change management process
