Support and maintain software
Troubleshoot issues arising from Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and other software standards addressed in company IT policy
Set up, maintain, support and troubleshoot
Handle all POS requests and procedures
Set up, maintain, support and troubleshoot these at stores
Compile and submit monthly planning for maintenance, upgrade, replacement of old devices which are potentially broken
