Mô tả công việc
Responsible for Company Standard PC/Desktop/Servers/Workstation and Printers/LAN/WAN/Wireless/VOIP, management & maintenance of information systems (including hardware and software).
Supporting end-users
Managing and maintaining office equipment including but not limited to: PC Laptop, printers, photocopier, fax, and analog telephones, VoIP devices
Installing and configuring computer hardware, OS (Windows, Linux and MAC) and new applicationsMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
After office hours on-duty support for IT Department (ad-hoc basis subject to business requirements)
Performing related duties as assigned
Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Yêu cầu
Associate degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
1 to 2-year experience in IT department or meets equivalent skill requirements primary experience in helpdesk.
Experienced in IT procurement and asset management is prefer.
Have experience working with network devices such as switches, IP phone, laptops, PCs, access point radio.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptable, meticulous, innovative and self-motivated with good problem solving skills in a dynamic environment.
English communication.
