IT Helpdesk Intern (Ho Chi Minh City)

Main Responsibilities:
Maintain the IT incidents and request queue in IT Service Management (ITSM) system (ServiceNow)
Perform desktop support (both hardware and authorized software) tasks as required
Set up personal computers/ laptops (both hardware and authorized software) as required
Support IT Dept to contact with service providers to maintenance IT equipments
Escalate complex problems to IT Manager if any
Requirements:
COMPULSORY: Final-year student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 4 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for study is acceptable. Candidates who can work 5 days per week for 6 months are preferable
Background with Information Technology is preferable
Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)
