Việc làm IT Helpdesk

As a technology company working on a bunch of high profile technology projects, our success relies heavily on the capacity and sustainability of our infrastructure, network and servers. The Infrastructure and Support department with highly experienced system administrators, Data Center Engineer and IT Helpdesk are responsible for assuring high availability of our services!

IT Helpdesk is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software for internal users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues
Plan to optimize work
Manage IT equipments and make plan for newcomer's equipment
Responsible for PC's, Printers, Servers, inventory and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc)
Network basic configuration

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of IT or equivalent work experience/IT degree
2 years of experience in helpdesk team
Experience in helpdesk works for company sized from 200 people.
Knowledge and experience in building LAN
Knowledge of hardware server/network, computer.
Dexterity in fixing hardware
Knowledge of any MS Office version
CompTIA A+, MCSA, CCNA+ certificates degree is a plus
Troubleshooting and problem solving
Capable to work in a team as well as individual
Ability to self-train on new technologies
Toeic 450+
