Report to: CTO
Your role & responsibilities
1. Technical support
Assist in IT infrastructure / network/ server project.
Install OS and configuring all infrastructure (application servers, routers, switch, PCs, Laptops, Printers, etc.)
In charge of security of all systems especially internal data storage, manage back up data.
Quickly isolate and trouble-shoot any network, resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
2. System maintenance
Ensure IT systems operate smoothly (servers, networks, end-user devices,...)
Monitor existing network, PABX and servers and provide performance report and suggestion
3. Service Provider Management
Collaborate with external service providers, overseeing service contracts.

Your skills & qualifications
Major in network and computer
Have experience at least 1- 3 years in IT System Management or IT Support
Be fluent in English communication: Able to explain technical problems in a simple way
Working in multi-national company will be a plus
Well-organizing and time management skills
Be self-motivated, willing to learn new things and take over new tasks from time to time
Be able to complete tasks under high pressure
