Working Location:
1. Main working location: Olam Agri Vietnam Factory at Kien Thanh Industrial Cluster, Ap 3, Long Cang Commune, Tay Ninh Province (Company shuttle bus is provided from District 1, Ho Chi Minh City at 7:30 AM, taking approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes to reach the factory)
2. Occasionally required to work at HCMC Office: 12th Floor, Enterprise Building, 290 Ben Van Don Street, Ward 2, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide onsite
IT support for office users and factory employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral device issues.
• Support daily IT operations in both office and manufacturing environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, IT devices, and office equipment.
• Coordinate with Central IT Team in India for issue escalation and system support.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related IT equipment.
• Support IT infrastructure activities, including network cabling and device relocation.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and minimize operational downtime.
• Maintain IT asset records and basic technical documentation.
• Support users through onsite, remote, email, and phone communication.
• Around 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support / Infrastructure Support.
• Experience working in manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, network troubleshooting, printers, and end-user devices.
• Basic understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi, network switch, cabling, and Active Directory.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and support users onsite.
• Good English communication skills, especially for working with Central IT Team in India via email, calls, and meetings.
• Service-minded, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
