We are recruiting 1 position to support the hiring of Vietnamese engineers in Japan and to explore onsite Vietnamese engineers in Vietnam.

[Job Description]
1. Recruitment of Vietnamese engineers residing in Japan
We are considering expanding the recruitment of Vietnamese engineers for our offices in Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka).
・Source Japanese-resident Vietnamese IT engineers that match the job descriptions provided by our Japanese office.
・Use SNS (Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo) to search for IT engineers.
・Propose CVs to the Japanese office, coordinate interview schedules, and act as an interpreter between the Japanese office and engineers.
・Provide support to engineers from Vietnam.
KPI:Find 10 CV and 1 CV Pass/month
2. Recruitment of Vietnamese engineers residing in Vietnam
・For our Vietnam offices (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi), explore onsite/remote Vietnamese engineers who can meet project requirements.
・Receive project requests from the Vietnam office and find suitable engineers.
・Propose CVs, coordinate interview schedules, prepare contract documents, and support the engineers.
KPI:Find 20 CV and more 1 CV Pass/month

・日本側から依頼を受けた求人内容にマッチする日本在住のベトナム人ITエンジニアを開拓
・SNS(Facebook、Linkdin、Zalo)を利用して、ITエンジニアを探す
・日本側にCV提案、面接日調整、日本側とエンジニア間の通訳
・ベトナム側から、エンジニアのサポート
KPI:10人CVを見つける、1人合格/month
2.ベトナム在住ベトナム人エンジニアの開拓
ベトナムオフィス(HCM、HaNoi)で、Onsite/Remote対応可能なベトナム人エンジニアを開拓
・ベトナム側からの依頼を受けて、プロジェクトに合致するエンジニアを見つける
・CV提案、面接日調整、契約書類作成、エンジニアサポート
KPI:20人CVを見つける、1人以上合格
