***MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including network infrastructure, server room facilities, servers, storage, and backup systems.
2. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the network, servers, and systems.
3. Perform database administration tasks, including setup, backup, maintenance, and recovery.
4. Develop web applications interfaced with databases using appropriate web development languages.
5. Deploy and maintain information systems such as ERP, MES, SharePoint, Report Service, etc.
6. Provide end-user support and training on IT systems and applications.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and security.
8. Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.
9. Demonstrate continuous self-development, teamwork, and logical problem-solving.
10. Prepare regular reports and updates for the
IT Manager.
11. Adhere to the company's ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, and RBA policies.
Yêu cầu
1. EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
2. WORK EXPERIENCE:
• At least 5 years of experience in technical support, system engineering, system administration, database administration, and software development.
• Proficiency in both Windows server and Linux administration.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and experience with MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL databases.
• Experience in web application development using languages such as PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript, or JQuery.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio.NET (C#.NET, VB.NET) or related programming.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, network security, and computer network security concepts.
3. OTHER SKILLS / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-minded attitude.
• Ability to provide end-user support and training on IT systems and applications.
• Familiarity with web services, WPF applications, or Microsoft Reporting Service.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ASP.NET or programming in J2EE.
• Familiarity with basic firewall configuration, preferably SonicWall.
• Training in Windows Server Administration and vSphere Infrastructure management is a plus.
