* Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Support IT staff in daily operations and troubleshooting tasks.
- Monitor and manage IT devices inventory.
- Cooperate with IT staff to manage and monitor all
IT helpdesk tickets.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures and processes.
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- And other related tasks which are assigned by supervisor levels.
Yêu cầu
* Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related fields
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, infrastructure and IT terminology.
- Demonstrated interest in the IT Department.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing IT related documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Communication, organization and interpersonal skills are suitable for collaborative work.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
