IT Manager/Supervisor

• Lead and manage Vietnam IT team, operations, priorities, and performance.
• Ensure IT infrastructure and applications operate to the satisfaction of business and management team.
• Manage cost planning and annual budgeting, expenditure analysis & reporting.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and procurement.
• Manage local business demands, expectations and requirements. Lead local IT projects and implementation, major upgrades and changes.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of global IT projects, and ensure operations are in line with expectations from global and regional.
• Manage local IT infrastructure requirements, collaborate with Global Service Delivery to plan and execute upgrades and changes.
• Ensure IT infrastructure, applications, software, policies, processes and standards are aligned according to global.
• Ensure reliable operation of data and system backups; define archiving process and retention policy.
• Develop business continuity plan to ensure timely recoverability of IT systems and operations in the event of cyber-attacks, information security threats, exploits, and unforeseen equipment loss/failure.
• Routinely audit local user access rights to critical applications, represent IT function in company audits, and manage local IT assets and processes.
• Identify and implement areas of improvement for end-user engagement, customer satisfaction, feedback, and NPS to meet global targets.
