Mô tả công việc

MAIN DUTIES:
Administration

To supervise and control staff concerned in the operation of computers.
To ensure all systems are implemented and running smoothly.
To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform other duties as designated by superiors
Refer to operations manual (SOPs) for details if required> :
MH SOP - IT antivirus 2009
MH SOP - IT server room access 2009
MH SOP - IT backup-2009
MH SOP - Password change & system user control SOP 2011
Evalpack policy for IT security & etc.

Financial and Revenue Responsibilities

Responsible for taking care of the computerized systems hardware and software.
Responsible perform the computer's maintenance and service.
To ensure procedures are in place that in the event of any problems encountered in software and hardware, that they are addressed immediately.
To ensure the physical and logical security of IT system.
To define and keep updated written incident management policies and procedures where the action to be taken and persons to be contacted in case of an incident are clearly mentioned
To review all configurations in Front / Back Office software.
To verify the accuracy of all reports printed out from the system from time to time.
To modify or rearrange the report when needed.
To be familiar with Opera and Micros Systems, any system relation
To strictly perform daily/monthly back up procedures, ensure the successful completion of the process and the safeguard of the backup tapes.
To perform regular computer audits in the search of un-authorised programs, improper setup or loophole in the security setup.
To contact / co-ordinate with the contractor / supplier in case of any problems

Training and Human Resources Management

To plan and organize training for staff in areas concerned with our software and hardware.
Directly responsible for all Hotel Software.
To work closely with the Night Auditor, Income Auditor, and Outlet Cashier regarding computers.

Miscellaneous

All ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

• Minimum 3 year experience in the same position
