IT Manager

Coordinating, planning and leading IT security related activities in the organization to ensure business continuity related infrastructure and compliance both with ISO27001 and company's regulations.
Participate in to design and cooperate with NW administrator in operating Active Directory and other operational servers.
Handling infrastructure request supports from departments/units.
Training on user accounts and maintenance of advanced security best practices.
Support to organize and manage IT assets (hardware, software, SaaS applications, etc.), user accounts, and control IT ticketing system & issues troubleshooting.
Manage IT procurement requests, collaborate with relevant colleagues and departments to support the efficiency of IT expenses.
Arrange and supervise IT Helpdesk operation to ensure IT system smooth and secured operation.
Advise information security solution to Information Security Committee.
Research and implement network security, design, equipment selection and best practice.
Suggest necessary actions to ensure smooth and secured operation of network, server and IT/office system.
