The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. The role will report to the IT Service and Infrastructure Manager, and handle the following responsibilities:
1. Network Setup and Configuration:
Design, set up, and configure local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), Virtual Private Network (VPN) and other network segments.
Install and support VM, Server OS, network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancer, access point and other networking equipment.
Maintain network security devices to protect against unauthorized access, breaches, and other security threats.
Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and take appropriate measures to safeguard the network.
Manage network security, vulnerability equipment or systems (Setting of firewall, Anti-Spam, etc).
2. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, and performance issues.
Conduct regular maintenance activities, such as software updates, patches, and system backups.
3. Network Monitoring:
Monitor network performance and analyze network traffic to optimize efficiency.
Implement network monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Monitor network and system real-time and logs for operation and security potential issues, proactively involved in operational/security issue recovery.
Keep track of network issues to record incident report.
4. Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Keep an inventory of network equipment, including specifications and warranty information.
5. IT and Security Policy:
Comply with the Security policy and configure network devices and servers to enforce the security policies (where it is applicable).
Participate in developing network-related policies and procedures to ensure meeting with security standards and best practices.
6. Actively research and propose system solutions.
7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Graduated from a university or higher education, major in computer science.
2. Possess at least 2 years working experiences in working in these technical areas:
Configure and maintain a middle scale of network, multi-site structure.
Implement and administrate a centralized WIFI architecture, authenticated via RADIUS or an Enterprise encryption.
Deploy various network services and devices.
Experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining WAN, LAN, WIFI with controller,....
Experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server OS, Linux OS, DNS, DHCP, scripting language, network security, network monitoring and troubleshooting tools....
Good knowledge and experience in the administration and operation of networks.
3. Good knowledge and experience in the administration and operation of networks.
4. Good Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
6. Ability to manage time to complete the task at defined deadlines.
7. Eager to learn and develop him/herself.
8. Honesty, meticulous, careful, enthusiastic and high sense of responsibility at work.
9. While Vietnamese communication skills are essential, this position also requires good English communication skills (both written and spoken) in the workplace.
10. The candidate possessing any or some of the following expertise is a plus:
Knowledge or experience in any cloud infrastructure is an advantage: AWS, GCP, Azure.
International certificates such as: CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Linux, VMWare, Google, AWS...
