Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair local network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls), desktop/laptop computers, printers, and other IT hardware.
Provide day-to-day technical support to end users, ensuring minimal downtime.
Manage user accounts, software installations, patches, and antivirus updates.
Monitor network performance and security; report issues promptly.
Assist in implementing and maintaining RPA solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath.
Collaborate with global IT team to standardize processes and deploy new technologies.
Document procedures, incidents, and asset inventory.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in
IT support or network administration.
Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath, or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
