Dichoi Solution is an IT startup in Vietnam. It started in July 2023. (However, I have been doing offline and online business in Vietnam since 2014. Major businesses include online advertising/ marketing / travel / offline businesses such as restaurants, spas, nails, salons, and shopping shops.)
We are making IT services for Vietnamese and foreigners traveling to Vietnam from abroad.
As part of Dichoi Solution's aggressive growth plan we are looking to expand our development team.

Place of work: Da Nang (Can support accommodation for non-resident Danang residents *Negotiation required)
New employees go through a probation period of two(2) months. (pay 85% of salary for two months)
[Job Description]
Initiate and help to implement new ideas to develop projects in multiple areas enhancing operational efficiency
Overall operations and management of live services
Customer: Customer management, collect customer requirements, report to PM, APP operation, review management, image management
Client: client management, client 1:1 chat
Improve the user experience by listening to customer feedback, analyzing usage data, and making necessary changes.
Support team sales and PM
Management of contracts and contract conditions
Monitor customer issues, inquiries, and feedback
Respond promptly and provide fast initial resolution for customer needs and requests
Escalate customer issues to correct teams and provide a final resolution for customer inquiries and requests
Serve as a bridge connecting customers and company teams
Advise and contribute to the improvement of support services
[Requirements]
Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders are imperative
Understanding of systems/programs/software applied in the CMS
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements; ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities.
Provide tracking of all on-going activities to ensure flawless in operation, evaluation for learning and improvement.
Customer experience (call center, help center, service position, etc.)
App or IT Service Headquarters Operations Experience
Experience monitoring services live every day
Good teamwork skills
Good customer support communication skills

Anyone who has experience making services outside of Vietnam
A person who can speak Korean
[Benefits]
Salary : up to 15,000,000vnd - 18,000,000vnd / month (negotiable)
