IT Project Management/Coordinator

Job Description:
Plan, allocate resources, and manage the full lifecycle of the company's core software projects, including POS sales management software, warehouse management systems, and FnB & retail chain operation systems.
Work closely with internal teams, including BA, Testers, and Developers, to finalize solutions, assign tasks, and ensure project delivery on schedule.
Manage risks and proactively identify and resolve issues or blockers arising during project implementation.
Organize team meetings such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular progress reports to the Board of Directors and clients.
Requirements:
2-3 years of practical experience as an IT Project Management, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
Prior experience in retail systems, inventory management, or FnB operations is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of software development processes such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, and proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and similar platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, team coordination, and conflict-resolution skills.
Basic technical knowledge, including an understanding of system flows, APIs, and databases, is a plus.
Highly proactive and self-driven, with strong problem-solving skills, ambition, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to apply AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini in planning, documentation, and reporting workflows to improve productivity is a strong advantage.
