IT Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a skilled talent acquisition specialist to source top-notch candidates in the technical field for
our company. In this role, you will determine job requirements, screen candidates, and forecast hiring needs. You may also be required to promote our company's brand
with recruitment initiatives and events
o Liaising with the internal department to determine recruitment needs.
o Sourcing potential candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, communities, etc.
o Evaluating applications, screening candidates via calls or emails, and facilitating preinterview assessments.
o Provides counseling to managers on candidate selection to fill vacant positions.
o Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past
applicants.
o Other tasks specializing in human resources as well as under HR Manager and the direction of
BOD.
o Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping
informed of advancements in the field
