Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions such as Telecom, Embedded, Wireless, C/C++, Network, and other engineering roles.
Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify target companies, talent pools, and hiring trends.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring market insights.
Expand sourcing channels, networking activities, and employee referral programs.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry communities.
At least 3 years of experience in IT/Tech Recruitment.
Experience recruiting for Telecom, Embedded, C/C++, Firmware, Network, or similar technical positions.
Strong sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping skills.
Experience hiring senior-level, expert-level, or management-level candidates.
Ability to manage difficult-to-fill positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Proactive, persistent, and results-oriented mindset.
Good English reading and communication skills.
Preferred Profile
Experience working in technology, telecom, engineering, or R&D recruitment environments.
Strong network within the Telecom, Embedded, Semiconductor, or
Software Engineering talent market.
Ability to provide recruitment market insights and strategic hiring recommendations.
Salary: Negotiate with base salary upto 35mil Gross, Bonus % commission and package bonus per person
