We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Vietnamese IT Sales Executive to join our Hanoi office.
This position will focus on developing new client accounts and proposing onsite
IT engineers (SES model) as well as web and system development services to Japanese and global software companies.

【Job description/仕事内容】
Sales &
Business Development・Identify and approach new IT software companies as potential clients
・Propose onsite/remote IT engineers (SES model) to client companies
・Promote web development, system development, and application development services
・Support Japanese managers
・Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
顧客開拓・営業活動
・新規ITソフトウェア企業の開拓(日本企業・外資・ローカル企業)
・Onsite/リモートITエンジニア(SES)の提案営業
・Webサイト制作、業務システム、アプリ開発の営業提案
・日本人上司のサポート
・提案書・見積書・契約書作成

【Requirements / 応募条件】
Mandatory / 必須条件
・Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
One of the following:
・Sales experience at an IT/software company, OR
・3+ years of sales experience in any industry
・Strong communication and negotiation skills
・Willingness to learn IT services and technology concepts

・IT・ソフトウェア企業での営業経験
・業界不問で営業経験3年以上

・Experience working in Japan or with Japanese companies
・Knowledge of SES / onsite engineer dispatch model
・Experience in B2B IT services or system integration sales
・Experience dealing with Japanese clients

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
8am-5:30pm/8:30am-6pm
休日:土曜日、日曜日
