IT Senior Manager (E-Commerce Platform)

Job Description
Lead IT/Engineering Team - Manage backend, infrastructure engineers and external vendors.
System Architecture & Development - Design and optimize large-scale backend systems with Golang, Microservices and scalable architecture.
E-commerce Platform & Integration - Oversee integrations with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce, Payment, ERP/CRM and third-party systems.
Infrastructure & System Reliability - Ensure high availability, scalability, security, performance, backup and disaster recovery.
Technology Transformation - Lead system modernization, DevOps/CI/CD improvements, technical standards and long-term technology strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
8+ years in Software Engineering, Backend Development or System Architecture, including 5+ years in technical/team leadership.
Strong expertise in Golang, Microservices, System Design and Database Architecture.
Strong knowledge of Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps/CI/CD, API Gateway and Message Queues.
Experience with large-scale, high-traffic E-commerce or transactional platforms.
Strong understanding of scalability, HA, security, performance optimization and disaster recovery.
Strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills, with good English communication.
Preferred
Experience in Beauty, Retail or E-commerce.
Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana.
Experience in fast-growing/scaling environments.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or ChatGPT.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break)
