IT Senior Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling about IT's issues
• IT projects coordination, management, and implementation
• Daily import process backup
• System management and administration, including but not limited to:
- CITAD
- VCB Money
- BCTK
- PAIS (Customer Payment Account for tax agency)
- State Bank of Vietnam Online Customer Information Inquiry System
- E-invoice
- State Bank of Vietnam VPN
- NFT (Head Office system)
- NGS (Head Office system)
- Head Office email system
- Testing environment
• Coordinate IT-related issues with Head Office IT personnel when necessary
• Manage annually Disaster Recovery drill, Head Office VPN drill and other drills for IT continuity
• State Bank of Vietnam's circular responds
• Backup for Data Center's Facilities Management
• Supplier-Vendor contact management
• Technical support (hardware/software/system) when necessary
• Local policy updates and IT internal auditor
• Coordinate with IT team for internal security flaws in applications such as hardware, software, websites, operating systems, etc. on endpoints, including office computers, digital devices
• Advising on information security policy in accordance with international standards and Head Office's policies.
