As a member of ICT Division, this job holder pays a supporting role in daily business requirement on IT System usage. This position is to provide technical supports to end users relating to desktop hardware and application software to ensure excellent customer services.
1. Main
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
• Walk customer through problem-solving process.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
• Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
2. Others
• Write training manuals.
• Train computer users.
• Install/ Clean up computer peripherals for users.
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification
• Major in Information Technology or related majors
2. Work Experience
• At least 01 years experience about AD, Exchange, File Server, VDI, VoIP at level 1 supporting
• Support or understand system/ application used to in Finance/ Banking
3. Knowledge
• Having knowledge of Endpoint OS (Windows/ Mac) including installation/ change/ fixing
• Having knowledge of PC, LAN issues troubleshooting
• Good understanding of fundamental network (IP, HTTP, FTP, DHCP, and DNS)
4. Skills
• Endpoint problems skills (hardware/software issues)
• MS Office skills
