IT Software Coordinator

1- IT system project coordination:
• Serve as a liaison between vendors and TNIS project teams when the school build, set up and apply the new school software system
• Coordinate project timeline, project activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Identify and document project issues and risks in information technology (IT) project plan for the solution
• Directly participate in and coordinate with the team in deploying and developing the (SIS, SOS, LMS, HRIS, Zoho) system;
• Identify and document project issues and risks in information technology (IT) project plans and escalate to senior management.
• Provide project plan trend analysis and control including analysis, research, development and maintenance of the project data.
• Take over the entire system after the project team has completed deployment and handover of the project.
2- Maintain the software system:
• Make sure the system operates smoothly.
• Identify and fixing vulnerabilities within existing security systems.
• Developing organization-wide security measures.
• Research and update new technological products to improve and enhance the school's systems.
• Develop, upgrade, operate, and administer the system.
• Provide users with support as required;
3- Coordinate to develop and improve TNIS (currently Zoho, and others as required in future) system:
• Understand and analyze customer business process, needs and requirements from Admission, Marketing and Customer service for the solution of improvement.
• Implement the customization of the current system on to suit the needs of Marketing and Admission, for example rebuilding processes, evaluating reports, build dashboards and reports according to user needs
• Development and provide consultation, input for end-users to figure out the problems and redesign the product specifications.
• Manage all requirements, specifications, change request of the system development and improvement.
• Provide instructions to users when supporting system customers, understanding system products and understanding business requirements.
