• Responsible for IT end user support in main working location and support other offices when needed.
• Monitor and report daily activities of the systems (healthy daily checklist) to ensure timely detection of system issues and abnormalities.
• Manage network, including employee ACL access control, router configuration, VLAN assignment, FW, AP, and other network components.
• Install, manage, and troubleshoot software, hardware, call center, and network systems.
• Allocate and manage accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
• Ensure the systems and applications are up-to-date and comply with security policies.
• Perform additional tasks as the department requires.
• Work at night shift (or out of working hours) if required by the team leader/supervisor.
Yêu cầu
• 1-3 years working experience in IT infrastructures, operations or technical support environment.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS and DNS.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Application Support.
• Good knowledge of Window operating systems including troubleshooting and system hardening.
• Knowledgeable in AD Configuration (e.g., Group Policy, User, Computer, Group Management), DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.
• Knowledgeable in SCCM and MDM; able to manage devices, upgrade client systems, update virus definitions, and push customized applications.
• Knowledgeable in Intune & Defender for Endpoint.
• Proficient in Windows clients (Win 10 & Win 11); able to troubleshoot common issues.
• Acceptable knowledge of information security and data protection.
• Good English (In both speaking and writing).
• Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
