1. Position Overview
This position is responsible for providing professional Korean-Vietnamese interpretation and translation support for IT software development Head visiting from Korea. The role ensures clear and accurate communication between Korean IT teams and local Vietnamese IT, Operations, and Business teams.
Key areas include technical interpretation, documentation translation, and project communication support.

2. Key Responsibilities
1) Technical Interpretation (Korean ↔ Vietnamese)
• Provide real-time interpretation for meetings, workshops, on-site visits, and technical discussions.
• Interpret topics such as system architecture, API integration, mobile app development, IT operations, troubleshooting, and change requests.
• Bridge communication between Korean IT personnel and Vietnamese stakeholders to ensure alignment on project status, issues, and requirements.
2) Project Communication Support
• Prepare meeting minutes and summarize key decisions and action items.
• Track communication items between Korea and Vietnam and follow up with relevant teams.
• Support project coordination by ensuring clarity of schedules, deliverables, and expectations.
3) On-site Technical Support
• Provide on-site interpretation during system demonstrations, store-level testing (e.g., POS, payment tests), or operational checks.
• Assist communication during incidents or system failures to ensure timely information flow.
• Support Korean IT teams during business trips, including coordination with local departments.
Yêu cầu
Language Skills
• Professional-level Korean-Vietnamese interpretation ability (consecutive and/or simultaneous).
• Korean language: Business level or above (TOPIK Level 5+ or equivalent).
• Vietnamese: Native level.
• Strong ability in reading and translating technical documents.
Technical Skills
• Solid understanding of general IT and software development concepts (API, database, server-client model, mobile app structure, etc.).
• Ability to understand and interpret technical terminology.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Teams, or Notion.
Professional Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or technical interpretation/translation.
• Experience working with Korean companies or multinational IT projects is strongly preferred.

4. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial IT, payment systems, BNPL services, or e-commerce platforms.
• English communication skills (reading and basic speaking).
• Background in QA testing, PMO support, or IT operations.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, mobile development, or database concepts.
