Mô tả công việc
- Deliver a high quality of service to enhance the function's reputation and meet customer's expectations.
- Work in partnership with internal and/or external stakeholders to design, manage, test and seek agreement on development systems solutions to meet the needs of the business.
- Respond to investigate IT issues and provide solution in timely manner to be ready for reporting to supervisor.
- Collaborate with counterparties of relevant regional and HQ divisions.
- Design, manage and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure proposed system solution it meets business needs.
- Prepare documentation and reports including but not limited to manuals, test guides, project plans and work breakdowns.
- Support with administration tasks including but not limited to coordination of training.
- Ensure compliance and risk with relevant regulations and limits.
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and suggest the recommendations for supporting implementation and continuous improvement to the team and department.
- Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.
Yêu cầu
- Strong IT technical skills (e.g. Programing languages such as C#).
- Sound knowledge of software development skill, and a plus for hardware and networks.
- Good communication and presentation skills to support line of reasoning.
- Good understanding in IT Banking applications and systems is a plus.
