1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in an
IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
- Prior experience working in an International School or a multi-national corporate environment is highly preferred.
2. Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Strong expertise in macOS and iOS troubleshooting.
- Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf School, Apple School Manager, or Microsoft Intune).
- Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting IP CCTV systems and Access Control software/hardware.
- Familiarity with Cloud Admin Centers (Google Workspace Admin, M365 Admin Center).
3. Soft Skills & Language
- English Proficiency: Good verbal and written English communication skills (capable of explaining technical solutions to non-technical foreign teachers).
- Strong customer-service mindset: Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during peak school hours.
