1. IT Support - District 1, HCM
a. Company: a Korean company operating in the chemical field.
b. Job Description:
Act as the contact point for IT in Korea
Information security for offices in Southeast Asia
Analyze data based on system information to make reports as required
Support in resolving internal IT related issues
Connect machines, wifi, install software
Inventory and manage IT-related equipment assets
c. Requirements:
Have 3 years of experience
Good communication in English or Korean
Have knowledge (no need to be too specialized) in the fields of: mechanical equipment (computer, wifi,..), network, Security, Firewall, Server, SAP software (not required)
Be specific instructions from IT in Korea, but must have background knowledge.
2. IT Staff - Thu Duc City (Old Dist.9), HCM

VPN operation and management
Traffic monitoring
SSL VPN operation and management
● Switch:
Routing functionality operation and management

Spanning Tree Protocol operation and management
VLAN functionality operation and management
DHCP functionality operation and management
● Others:
AP controller operation and management
L2 switch inter-switch management
Optical cable and LAN cable connection and management
PC troubleshooting
c. Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in IT major or chemistry, chemical engineering, or biology major
3 years of related experience
Good English skill.
Experience in a pharmaceutical company
Required to know ISO and GMP standards
