IT System Administrator

Job Description:
Perform daily operations, management, and administration to safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the organization's information assets and technology infrastructure.
Identify security issues and risks, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Conduct analysis of network security requirements and contribute to the design, integration, and installation of hardware and software.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems remotely and on-site.
Maintain and manage perimeter security systems, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Design, implement, support, and evaluate security-focused tools and services, including serving in project leadership roles.
Develop and explain security policies and procedures.
Guide and support junior team members.
Participate in security compliance efforts.
Prepare and deliver training materials, conduct general security awareness training, and provide training on specific security technologies.
Perform due diligence for acquisition and vendor risk assessments.
Review and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies.
Provide support for tier 2 and tier 3 security operations.
Participate in incident handling activities.
Contribute to projects focused on developing new intellectual property.
Qualifications:
Work at Corona Resort & Casino, Phu Quoc.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
Emerging company-wide reputation in Information Security.
Proven ability to implement security solutions consistently at the business unit level.
Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure or application-level vulnerability testing and auditing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in system, network, and/or application security.
Extensive experience and in-depth technical knowledge of security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, and application security.
Knowledgeable about network and web-related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, and routing protocols).
Good English and communication skills.
