Mô tả công việc
Apply and ensure excellent Talent Acquisition service for the whole TA Team.
Plan for future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional team members.
Drive the TA team to reach the team target in the short and long term.
Proactively plan and implement the candidate's sourcing strategies through various channels, building and maintaining a solid network of talented candidates, community building, and ongoing relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad range of positions.
Initiate, develop, and proactively deploy the Candidate Experience Journey.
Actively participate and support HR - Back Office tasks with the spirit of one as a whole and a willing-to-learn mindset to reach the shared goals.
Maintain and develop the capacity of each individual and the HCM TA team.
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu
6+ YoEs in Talent Acquisition, including 3 years in the IT Sector. The preference would be given to candidates with experience in the banking industry or who can manage both Tech and Business Recruitment at high levels (C/D/Head...)
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting in tech (required) and non-tech roles within organizations.
Business Acumen and strategic thinking combined with the ability of great communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
Team Management
Positive thinker with a strong willingness to take on new challenges and a happy supporter
The ability to understand and communicate in English at the intermediate level.
